Crayons Improv
If you haven't heard about us, Crayons specializes in short form improv. Basically, if you've ever seen Whose Line is it Anyways, we do that, only LIVE and this time, its FUNNY.
Crayons has been performing in and around Tulsa for 2 yrs now at venues as tiny as birthday parties, and as large of crowds of hundreds, for dinner shows.
Crayons Improv was voted as Best Theatre Group in the Absolute Best of Tulsa Awards, in the Urban Tulsa Weekly. We didn't get first, but we got second. What a huge accomplishment for such a young group!
A lot of cool things are happening with Crayons. You may have seen us on Oklatravel.net, Cox channel 3. We were also interviewed on Fox 23. In September, Crayons will be performing at The Out of Bounds Comedy Festival in Austin, TX. Groups from the UK, LA and all over will be there and Crayons will be representing OK and Tulsa in the prestigious festival. Also in the works, a run in December at the TulsaPAC. Our shows are fun, fresh, and FAMILY FRIENDLY!
We perform regularly the 2nd Friday of the month at AGORA COFFEEHOUSE (FONTANA SHOPPING CENTER)
July 2009 we have several shows, 2 more. July 17 and 24th, All shows are at 8 and only $5. You can bring the whole crew!
