JOB EXPERIENCE

L’ Art De Vie – Self Employed June 2005 – Current
Owner & Operator of an art based business

In the past 3 years have taught myself the medium of airbrushed art. Photoshop, photography, murals, textiles and more. Expanding it both as a creative outlet and a art based sideline business. Developed the network and marketing skills to be able to set up at events, parties, galleries and shows. I have even put together my own body painters art exhibition.

Art lay out and design on a daily basis.

Strong planning, organization, networking and customer service skills. Seting up and organizing, everything from photo shoots to events and even my own film shorts.

I am one of the core art department for Last Chance Productions annual Scream Country Halloween show. As well as doing make-up for the show 2 years running.

I have been Featured in 8 art and fashion shows, as well as having been interviewed on television and radio. As well as worked on one independent film and one TV commercial credit to my name.

I have made four living advertisements for promotions and ad work. As well as done body art and special effects make-up on more photo-shoots then I can remember.

I have a film short in production, and have been invited to produce another film short with the best independent film directors in Tulsa.

As a matter of face we will be using this trick durring the filming of the new Count Gregor Twilight Zone marathon!

About L' Art De Vie

Mission statement

L' Art De vie is French for “The Art of life”. No I am not French, it is instead a tribute to The Cirque Du Soliel and their avaunt guard stylings from which I pull part of my inspiration for the fantastic. “The Art of life” is a philosophy that I put together when I started in doing what I d

Why use an Special Effects MUA in your production?

I mean honestly, all theatrical people learn to do make up, and anyone in production at least has to know the basics of special effects work... Classically especially in
theater work the cast has done each others or their own Make-up.

The reason is simple... You want your production to be the best that it can be. When you have someone that does make-up, F/X and noting else. That's all they

Scream Country huh? I'm in charge of the actors at PsychoPath, so I don't get to see many other local haunts. I went out to SC on opening night last year, but it seemed like maybe everyone was still getting into a groove so it probably wasn't a fair assessment of the overall haunt. I would like to go closer to Halloween to get a better feel for what you guys do out there.

Ah well, it was worth a try! :) The training thing sounds pretty interesting though. I'll ask Victor about it and see what he thinks. He also mentioned the mural stuff in the past so I'll ask about that too! Thanks. And if you even decide to switch over to Oklahoma's best outdoor haunt just let me know. We'll find a place for you! LOL

Fantastic work! It looks like you've worked on stuff for haunted houses in the past? Are you interested in doing more haunted house stuff? We've got a completely unique, high quality haunt North of Tulsa called Psycho Path. We've been talking about finding someone who can do some murals and maybe airbrush make on our actors. it's www.psychopathhaunt.com.
