Starr,
I could see this site as becoming a great place for Tulsa artists to promote themselves, but, as the administrator, you may need to give the members ideas about how to do that.
Actors can find many opportunities on TACTA, but if someone needed an actor or tech and came to this site, how could they best find the person with the skills that they need?
What would be the best way for members to post resumes? Would there be a way for a potential director or employer to search them?
This site could become a marketplace for talent as well as a social network, to the benefit of all of its members.
Any ideas, anyone?
